Main Biography

Ms. Cross joined the firm in 1981 and is a paralegal working in the area of Commercial Real Estate. Ms. Cross’ practice includes assisting attorneys in the Real Estate Department with overall case management; drafting and preparation of documentation for lenders in connection with commercial real estate lending transactions, for landowners and developers in multiple sales of tracts of land for commercial, retail and residential development and commercial leasing matters; drafting and preparation of loan and conveyance documentation; review of Purchase and Sale Agreements; review of title commitments, title exception documents and surveys; preparation of title and survey objection letters, as well as closing escrow letters. Ms. Cross is responsible for the completion of numerous closings and complex transactions, including the gathering of due diligence, pre and post closing matters and attending and conducting closings.
