Main Biography
Ms. Rhoden joined Rogers Towers in 2004, and works in the firm’s Business and Tax Department. Her practice includes assisting attorneys with forming limited liability companies, corporations, professional associations and partnerships, as well as drafting organizational documents and maintaining corporate minute books, filing annual reports, and preparing stock certificates and membership certificates.
She also assists in closings, including the gathering of due diligence and preparing closing documents for asset purchase and real estate transactions. She is responsible for post closing matters including title transfers and organizing closing document binders.
