Main Biography
Ms. Gibson’s concentration as a Paralegal has been in the Financial and Loss Mitigation fields, ranging from managing the Claims Department as a Legal Consultant to being Case Manager for Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases, to working with residential and commercial foreclosures. She joins Rogers Towers and assists in the Banking Litigation Department.
Previous Professional Experience
Ms. Gibson has over 15 years in the legal field with a wide range of experience that includes Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Insurance Defense, Real Estate and Probate Law and Civil Litigation. She has previously assisted clients with all aspects of litigation, including conducting research and the summarizing and reviewing of records in preparation for Trial. She also has over 5 years experience in Business Management, as a Human Resource Director and in Accounting and Finance as Payroll and Benefits Administrator and Financial Analyst.
