Main Biography

Commercial litigation including representation of creditors prior to and in bankruptcy cases, representation of condemning authorities and property and business owners in eminent domain matters, and representation of major lenders in complex commercial litigation including lender liability, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, foreclosures and litigation arising from special banking relationships, injunctions, tax litigation and appellate litigation.
