Main Biography
Ms. Buchanan is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and specializes in complex commercial and domestic litigation. Her practice focuses on litigation in the areas of banking, family law and transportation/logistics. She represents banks involving the workout and foreclosure of real estate and commercial loans. Her family law practice focuses on sophisticated marital estates and custody. Her unique range of experience in litigating hundreds of cases in Northeast Florida compliments the variety of practice areas found within Rogers Towers.
