Main Biography
Mr. Mayo is a member of Rogers Towers' Labor and Employment Practice Group. His practice focuses on labor and employment law, corporate transactions and business litigation.
Previous Professional Experience
In addition to extensive experience in private practice in the area of labor and employment law representing management, business litigation and corporate transactions, Mr. Mayo also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of a publicly traded NYSE company, MPS Group, Inc., which was one of the world's largest providers of specialty staffing and business solutions until its recent sale to Adecco. In that role, he had responsibility over the company’s legal department, human resources department, corporate governance, legislative and governmental affairs and community affairs.
