Main Biography
Mr. Ely is a member of the Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including representation of lender clients in loan transactions including acquisition, development, construction, work-out and general corporate matters. He also represents landowners and developers on a variety of issues including contract preparation, land acquisition and sales and due diligence review.
