Rogers Towers’ Real Estate Group represents real estate owners and developers in matters of real estate lending and Florida banking law. Our clients include Fortune 500 Companies, large publicly traded REITS, financial institutions, national home builders, developers and other real estate professionals.
Through the years, we’ve built relationships with clients whose projects include office towers, shopping centers and other retail outlets, campus office spaces, industrial properties, golf course communities, residential subdivisions and maritime properties. As a result, we’re fully versed in Florida real estate law and banking law processes.
Rogers Towers is frequently called on to advise clients in Section 1031 tax-free exchanges, reviewing and issuing title insurance; addressing land use and platting issues, submerged land lease issues and coastal construction restrictions; working with engineers and architects to obtain project permits including wetland permits and utility permits; the preparation of master covenants and restrictions and the establishment of homeowner associations.
Our experience in financing for both borrowers and lenders includes preparation of loan workout agreements, notes, mortgages and deeds of trust and other collateral documents. This includes handling judicial and non-judicial foreclosures and loan workouts.
