Rogers Towers is proud to serve as bond counsel for cities, counties, independent authorities, community development districts and school districts; we also serve as counsel to investment banks, credit enhancement providers, corporate fiduciaries and other participants in public finance transactions.

The services we’ve provided include navigating different structures for tax-exempt financing, including fixed-rate debt, variable-rate debt and certificates of participation.

In fact, we’ve been actively involved in bond financing for over 30 years, and are listed in the Municipal Bond Attorneys section of The Bond Buyer’s Municipal Marketplace. As counsel to the trustee or escrow agent, we represent corporate fiduciaries in financing transactions.
