What are your business hours?
The firm is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Where does your firm practice law?
Rogers Towers’ corporate office is in Jacksonville, and additional offices are located in Amelia Island, Naples, Ponte Vedra Beach, and St. Augustine, Florida. While our offices are located in the State of Florida, the firm regularly performs legal work in other parts of the country. If the firm is not able to handle your matter outside of Florida, we can refer you to a lawyer/law firm better suited to fulfill your needs.
May I leave a message during non-business hours?
Messages that are left during evening or weekend hours in the general voice mailbox are forwarded on the next business day to the appropriate attorney.
What are your rates?
The type of fees (for example, hourly, alternative, flat) vary depending on the nature of the legal work being performed and the attorney(s) handling the matter.

Does the firm charge a consultation fee?
Some attorneys will charge consultation fees depending on the nature of your matter. Each attorney or his/her assistant can provide you with the specific amount of the consultation fee, if one exists.
