Rogers Towers Attorney Awarded Women & Minority Fellowship by ABA

The American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction has awarded a Women and Minority Fellowship to Elizabeth B. Howard, a construction law attorney at Rogers Towers, P.A.

The award is a three-year fellowship which will allow Howard to attend Forum seminars and hold a position on a steering committee.  Members of the Forum represent all segments of the construction industry: owners, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, insurers and sureties.

Howard’s practice is focused on construction litigation, and she has extensive experience working with owners, contractors, design professionals, developers, and suppliers in cases involving construction defect, breach of contract, personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims.

In 2008, Howard was named by Florida Trend Magazine as an “Up and Comer” in its Legal Elite Publication. She has been a member of the Board of Governors of the Jacksonville Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section for three years. She is also actively involved in the Associated Builders and Contractors’ Women’s Council.
